(2) Except by special permission of the Board, no report of a Committee shall be discussed by the Board unless it has been sent to the members of the Board at least three days before the meeting of the Board at which it is to be presented.
50. All Bills and Claims shall be examined by the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services, and laid by him before the Board, and such Bills and Claims as are allowed shall be initialled by the presiding Chairman.
51. The presiding Chairman of the Board shall decide upon any point of order or procedure and his decision shall be final.
52. The foregoing rules of procedure for the Board shall, so far as they are capable of application, apply to the procedure of Committees appointed by the Board.
53. All minutes, registers and records shall be open to the inspection of members of the Board.
PART VIII.
MISCELLANEous.
54. A copy of these Regulations can be obtained on application to the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services at the price of $1.
55. The Board shall be at liberty to request any member or members of the Board to visit any place or places for the purpose of explaining the Nurses' Registration Act and its purposes and rules, and to sanction the payment of all proper expenses incurred by such member or members in connection with such visit.
